Coach Cole has been one of the biggest reasons for the success of the Red Oak Lady Hawks basketball program. Coach Cole has led our strength and conditioning program since 2021 and we have been injury free ever since. Coach Cole has designed our preseason, in season, and post season workouts. He knows his field and makes sure we are properly preparing for our season. We have been District Champion's in those three years and we are always stronger than other teams. Coach Cole is the best in the business.
